Nightmare Customers Share Why They Caused Scenes

You just never know what's going on in someone's life. There can be all kinds of inner turmoil boiling underneath the surface of a carefully practiced, totally artificial smile. Sometimes the inner war that someone is struggling with ends up manifesting in them causing a bit of a scene. With that being said, it's obviously ideal to not stage the public freakout if you can help yourself. People working customer service gigs are already having a hard enough time.

First he said I couldn't return it because it had brake fluid on it. Had to pay a ridiculous transfer and reconnection fee but what ever needed internet so I paid it, next month my bill arrives with the same fees on it.
